Meet the Team at 96.1 KFLH

About 96.1 KFLH

  • 96.1FM KFLH Radio is owned by Mark Wilson’s Teeter, LLC, which is based in New Mexico. Mr. Wilson has contracted Radio New Mexico to operate KFLH through what is known as a "Programming Agreement."

  • The letters KFLH started in 1999 when the call letters were chosen to represent Scott Flury and Bud Healey’s last names “FL” for Flury and “H” for Healey. Over the years the station changed call letters to KZRM and later, under the ownership of Mark Glover, KXJR.

    Shortly after Mr. Wilson purchased the station, Radio New Mexico contacted a dormant station in Colorado that owned the KFLH call letters. They graciously allowed us to take them back in order to honor the radio legacy that Scott Flury established on KFLH. While there will never be another Scott, (may he rest in peace) reinstating the call letters was important in order to preserve and honor the radio legacy created in the area!
